Dr. Jay Greenstein

Dr. Jay is the founder and CEO of EMBODI, a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Platform for chiropractors. EMBODI helps improve treatment adherence and outcomes, and increase practice income through its proprietary, patented technology. The mission of the company is to be the worldwide digital health leader for chiropractic.

Dr. Jay Greenstein is also the founder and CEO of the Kaizo Health Companies. The KH companies are comprised of:
• Kaizo health is a multilocation chiropractic and rehabilitation practice.
• KaizoX is a sports performance and personal training company.
• And Kaizo Clinical Research Institute is a 501-c3 non-profit that runs clinical trials to identify best practices. The Institute is part of a large multi-year NIH study evaluating emerging Healthtech interventions for musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Jay is the past Chairman of the ChiroTech Consortium for the Future of Chiropractic Strategic Plan and currently sits on the leadership team. He is the past Chairman of the Federation of International Chiropractic du Sport’s World Olympians Scholarship Program. He is a past Chairman for the Clinical Compass.

Dr. Greenstein is a sought out international speaker and consultant, teaching evidence into practice, leadership, business management and emerging technologies. Dr. Greenstein sits on multiple advisory boards in healthcare and technology.

Marc Abla

Marc Abla is the CEO of the Illinois Chiropractic Society (ICS) and has served the chiropractic profession for more than 20 years. He is a Certified Association Executive and a graduate of the Illinois Society of Association Executives’ Certified Leadership Series. Marc regularly presents on topics including healthcare compliance, legal and regulatory issues, artificial intelligence, and leadership.

Mr. Abla has led strategic planning sessions for state associations and contributes nationally through his role as Executive Director at Large for the ChiroCongress Board of Directors. He also chairs the Reimbursement Workgroup under the Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan and serves as CEO of Practisync, an ICS-owned management services organization supporting chiropractic practices nationwide. Dr. Don Reno

Dr. Don Reno is a prominent leader in the chiropractic profession, currently serving as the Executive Director of MichiCare, a Management Service Organization (MSO) and subsidiary of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors (MAC). With a distinguished 37-year career in chiropractic practice in Sterling Heights, Michigan, Dr. Reno has been a driving force in advancing the chiropractic profession and enhancing healthcare delivery.

A 1984 graduate of Life Chiropractic College, Dr. Reno has consistently shown a deep commitment to leadership and innovation within the field. As the former President of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors (2009-2010), Dr. Reno was instrumental in the merger process that led to the formation of the MAC. His lobbying efforts played a crucial role in the passage of a modern scope of practice, a landmark achievement for the profession.

Dr. Reno’s passion extends beyond Michigan, as he is actively engaged in shaping the future of chiropractic on a national level. He serves as Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Workgroup at Chiropractic Future LLC, where he is involved in the national strategic plan for the profession. Additionally, Dr. Reno is dedicated to developing the most productive MSO in chiropractic and supporting chiropractic associations in creating sustainable non-dues revenue plans.

Lori Grassi

Lori joined the Washington State Chiropractic Association (WSCA) in 2001 as Lobbyist and Membership Director. In 2003, she took on the additional role of Executive Director while continuing her lobbying work. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in passing landmark legislation for the chiropractic profession in Washington state.

Lori brings extensive experience in health care policy and advocacy. Her diverse background includes work as a private practice massage therapist, a national board member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and a key contributor to licensing laws for massage therapy in multiple states. She has also served as a health policy advisor at the Office of the Insurance Commissioner, testified before the White House Commission on Complementary and Alternative Medicine, and held legislative and policy roles with her labor union since 1981.

In 2018, Lori stepped down from her role as Executive Director to refocus on chiropractic policy. She remains a passionate advocate for the profession and continues to prioritize chiropractic in her work.

Outside of her professional life, Lori is an avid cyclist, serves as the International Parliamentarian for the Airstream Club, enjoys traveling, and lives in Tacoma with her husband, Bryan.

Stephanie Dove Blake

Benjamin Fergus

As an industry leader and educator in clinical rehabilitation and sports performance, Dr. Benjamin Fergus brings clean systematization to the high-stakes arenas of sports performance and chronic pain recovery.

He has presented hundreds of seminars to thousands of providers worldwide, with course manuals translated into seven languages and adopted across Olympic training centers, professional sports teams, and private practices alike. As the founder of the GRIP Approach and the Non-Surgical Joint Replacement method, Dr. Fergus continues to expand the reach of conservative care, reshaping how clinicians address degenerative joints and chronic pain across the globe.

Dr. Michael Cafaro is the President of the Ohio State Chiropractic Society and has been practicing in the state of Ohio for 20 years. He is an alumnus of Youngstown State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He then attended chiropractic school at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. He returned to his hometown of Austintown where he was an associate for a year. Then, in 2005 he opened Cafaro Chiropractic Clinic in Mineral Ridge, Ohio. In 2019, he merged with Meridian HealthCare, a large non-profit multi-disciplinary facility where he started a chiropractic department.

Dr. Glenn Jaffe is a practicing chiropractor, mentor, and longtime advocate for the chiropractic profession. He is the District 3 Director for ChiroCongress and currently serves as Vice Chair of BAC-PAC, the first federal Super PAC dedicated to electing pro-chiropractic candidates. Dr. Jaffe is the founder and clinic director of Jaffe Chiropractic in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he has provided patient-centered care for the majority of his over 23-year career. He is a past President and current Legislative Chair of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association, where he has led efforts to strengthen the profession’s presence in both state and federal legislative arenas. In addition to his clinical and advocacy work, Dr. Jaffe mentors’ chiropractors across the country as a growth coordinator, helping them become confident CEOs of their practices and build businesses that thrive with purpose, leadership, and long-term vision.

Dr. Jarod K. Waters DC, CCCN, ACN has been providing natural healthcare for over 17 years. He has helped thousands of patients reach their health goals through lifestyle changes and wellness coaching. As an expert in his field, he has had the great fortune to enhance the lives of his patience and community.

In addition, Dr. Waters has worked with leading experts in the fields of Neurology, Nutrition, and Physical rehabilitation. He holds certifications in Clinical Neurology and Clinical Nutrition. In 2022 he was awarded Chiropractor of the year for the state of Colorado.

Dr. Waters sits on the Chiropractic Association Board where he serves as the district 5 director. He served as President of the board from 2021-2022 respectfully. He also serves on the Governmental Affairs workgroup for Chiropractic Futures.

Dr. Waters is thrilled for the opportunity to serve ChiroCongress representing District 4.

Jeff Curwen is an association executive with a passion for professional education and program management. He brings a wealth of strategic planning, individual and organizational development experience to the WSCA having worked with professional trade associations and charitable nonprofits all over the United States. Jeff holds the Certified Association Executive credential and a master’s in applied Ethics from Arizona State University, focusing on public policy and nonprofit management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in justice studies and political science from the University of Idaho and studied law at Whittier Law School. In addition to his professional pursuits, Jeff volunteers with several organizations. He is a board member and former vice president of Pasado’s Safe Haven, the largest animal rescue and sanctuary in the Pacific Northwest and also serves as an advisor to a student group at the University of Puget Sound. Jeff lives in Tacoma with his wife, Beth.
