With representation from nearly 50 State Associations, our annual convention is the hub for leaders in the chiropractic profession across the nation. Join us for three days of networking, discussion, keynote presentations, and opportunities to connect with speakers and businesses in our Exhibitor Hall. Our convention includes ChiroCongress members, national organization stakeholders, and other profession leaders.

**Non-Members may access all the open sessions as indicated on the schedule and are included in meals and evening events with their registration. A la carte tickets to meals and special events may be purchased separately for guests. Deadline to purchase extra tickets is October 23, 2026.

Event Registration Cancellation Policy
Registrants may substitute another person for the ChiroCongress Annual Convention at no additional cost if the substitute is the same registration type of equal value.
Please email your substitution request to the Executive Director prior to the event.
Cancellation Window
- Cancellations from the registration open date until Thursday, September 3, 2026, are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations between September 4- October 16, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations after October 16, 2026 are non-refundable.

The ChiroCongress room block is available through mid-October, 2026. The discounted room rates are as follows:
- Single/Double Occupancy – $199 per night + taxes
- Triple Occupancy – $219 per night + taxes
- Quadruple Occupancy – $239 per night + taxes

If you are interested in participating in our 2026 convention as a speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor, we would love to hear from you. Our attendees are made up of leadership (CEOs, Executive Directors, and Board Leaders) from Chiropractic State Associations. There is a mix of Executive Staff and Doctors of Chiropractic who are the decision makers for their associations and who provide conventions and seminars to the doctors in their individual states.
