We’ve developed a new way to post photos and earn points for your District this year! Follow the instructions below to make sure you have access before Convention begins.

Don’t remember your password? Use “Email me a sign-in code” to log in.

The best transportation options from both Louisville area airports are ride share/taxi services.

There is a Greyhound Bus Route from the Louisville Muhammed Ali International Airport with a stop located five blocks from the hotel.

Parking is available for the following rates:

– Self-Parking (at the Commonwealth Garage): $30
– Valet Parking at the Hotel: $40
– Oversized Valet Parking at the Hotel: $45
*Oversized Parking – above 7ft clearance

If you are self-parking at the hotel, check into the hotel first to get your hotel key card. This will enable you to enter and exit the parking garage if you want to charge the parking to your room.

In early November, Louisville experiences cool, mild autumn weather, with daytime highs typically ranging from the mid-50s to low-60s°F and nighttime lows between the low-40s and low50s°F. Rainfall is moderate, and conditions can vary from crisp and sunny to overcast. Light layers or a jacket are recommended, especially in the evenings.
