The ChiroCongress 2021 Mid-Year Event will be Friday, April 16th, 2021 through Saturday, April 17th, 2021 in Wesley Chapel, Florida (30 minutes north of Tampa airport) at the Saddlebrook Resort. Room Rates are good for stays between April 12 – 20, 2021 for those who wish to arrive early or stay extra day after the event. Reserve your room by March 26, 2021.

April – Average temps 84 high / 66 Low – You will spend quite a bit of time walking outside at this venue. Some meetings/events may be held outside. Plan for cooler afternoon/evening temperatures by bringing jackets or sweaters.
SADDLEBROOK RESORT RESERVATION INFORMATION
The group rate for the 2020 ChiroCongress Tampa Convention is for a run of house guestroom is $179.00 plus taxes. Upon request, two bedroom/two bathroom suites are available for $290 per night based on availability.
Our group rate is available three days pre (starting April 12, 2021) and post (ending April 20, 2021), as long as the hotel is selling rooms to the general public. A deposit of one’s night’s room rate shall accompany each room reservation, which will be applied to the last confirmed night of reservation. In the event of early departure, the deposit is not refundable unless the Resort is notified before or at the time of check-in. Individual deposits are non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.
In accommodations, children up to thirteen years of age may share the unit with an adult at no additional charge. Children fourteen years of age and over or additional person(s) in the unit will be charged at $20.00 plus the prevailing Florida state and local taxes per person per day extra.

Check in time is after 4:00 pm on arrival day and check out time is before 11:00 am on departure day. When notified in advance, the hotel is able to provide storage space for luggage of guests who arrive early to check-in or depart after the requested checkout times.

Airport Transportation
Saddlebrook’s Transportation Concierge
Located in the Resort lobby. Will arrange and reserve ground transportation to and from Saddlebrook Resort with independent transportation companies. This service is arranged on a Non-Stop, Shared-Ride basis in comfortable vehicles or by chauffeur-driven private luxury vehicles.

Non-Stop Shared-Ride Service to Saddlebrook
Operating 6 am to 11 pm – Maximum 30-minute wait at airport
Our Non-Stop Shared-Ride service is available at TPA for Saddlebrook guests who reserve in advance (24 hours minimum). Pick-up is available at each of the four bus loading areas at the TPA Baggage Claim. Currently, a cost estimate for one-way transporation from Tampa International Airport for a shared ride service is $40.00 per person to be paid in advance. Reservations have to be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
The pick-up locations are at the RED or BLUE Waiting Areas in Baggage Claim as shown on this diagram. Your driver will meet you at the Waiting Area closest to the Baggage Claim carousel for your arriving flight.
Your driver will monitor your flight arrival status and will call your cell phone to confirm your pick-up as soon as your flight has landed. Please make sure to include your cell phone number when reserving your ride.
