Accommodations
All reservation requests will require a credit card, a deposit for one (1) room night, or a guarantee to the Master Account. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled in accordance with hotel’s cancellation policy, currently seven (7) days prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to one (1) day prior to arrival at no charge.
Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable reduced daily resort fee of $20.00 + tax per room per night, included in the guest room rate. This fee will cover several amenities, which include:
• Unlimited Internet access (wired and wireless) in guest room and lobby areas.
• Access to Aji Spa Fitness – Work Out Room.
• Two (2) complimentary bottled waters in-room, replenished daily.
• Any Local, long distance (domestic) and 1-800 guest room calls.
• Shuttle service to the Phoenix Premium Outlets, Whirlwind Golf Club & Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino.
• Tennis court and full tennis equipment rental. (subject to availability)
• All scheduled cultural activities (seasonal)
Parking
Complimentary on-site parking. Valet parking is available for $22 per day.
Discounts
The resort has generously offered a group discount of 10% on 18-holes of golf at either the Cattail Course or Devil’s Claw Course. They have also offered a 10% discount at Aji Spa (a la carte items) for all group attendees.
Packages
Complimentary storage and handling of up to 25 boxes for up to seven (7) days before group arrival. (First come, first serve.)
