Donate Blood, Save Lives!

How To Do It

If you haven’t done it before, does it sound a little scary to donate blood? Here’s a thought to make it a little less scary. In the U.S. more than seven million individual donors give blood each year, and each of them were once up against the same feelings that you’re experiencing.

They got through it, and if they could do it, can’t you? (Hint: the answer is yes!). And once they’ve done it, they got to feel so good about it, because they knew that they saved a life.

How Do You Get Started?

So how do you get started in being one of those elite,
wonderful people, who literally give of themselves?

Here’s how:

  1. Make an appointment using our ChiroCares Blood Drive Link
  2. Take a picture of yourself after you have donated and post on social media using #ChiroCares2022

It’s that easy! Read on for more details about who can donate, how to prepare, and what your options are for donating.
